Robust, compact and versatile machine variant from the SPM series with cassettes populated on both sides for pivoting.

• stepless width adjustment from 240 mm – 740 mm

• axial dimension with parallel sheet metal 170 mm – 670 mm

• can also be used for single-sided passes for tapered and conical shaped panels above 65 mm axial dimension (depending on the profile)

• user-friendly PLC with touch panel

• low length tolerance of approx. 1 mm – 2 mm

• electrically powered roller shears to perform automatic cutting

• alternatively with HYT hydraulic cutter and/or QA 60 cross cutting system
  as machine version HYT:

• optionally with roller blade LS for longitudinal cuts of parallel strips ahead of profile shaping

• cutting with roller shears, shortest panel length 500 mm

• cutting with HYT hydraulic cutter, shortest panel length 200 mm

• cutting with QA60 angle cross cutting system, shortest panel length 100 mm

• 2 x double standing seam profile 25 mm for profile shaping two-sided male or female in one work cycle
