The Schlebach Hem Pro is designed to speed up your folder production while helping reduce labor and production costs. By hemming the material before folding, you can significantly streamline your workflow and increase productivity.
The Hem Pro can rollform two hems on each side of a piece of material, with hems available in open or closed configurations from 1/4" to 1/2".
It processes material from 5" to 34" wide in 22, 24, and 26 gauge steel, with 29 gauge available upon request, at speeds of up to 80 feet per minute.
